Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from

• Orders priced in EUR ship from our warehouse in the European Union ([EU warehouse address, Estonia]).
• Orders priced in USD ship from our warehouse in the United States ([US warehouse address]).

The currency, and therefore the warehouse, follows the delivery region selected in the Shop. The list of countries we deliver to is shown in the country selector at checkout.

2. Carrier and rates

2.1. All parcels are delivered by FedEx.

2.2. The shipping rate and the estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout for your address and the contents of your basket, and are shown before you confirm the order. Rates depend on destination, weight and the service level available for your address.

2.3. Where a free-shipping promotion applies, it is shown in the basket and at checkout.

3. Processing and delivery times

3.1. Orders are usually dispatched within [1–3] business days after payment (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays of the warehouse country).

3.2. Indicative delivery times after dispatch:

Times are estimates given by the carrier; they are not guaranteed and may be extended by customs clearance, weather, peak periods or events beyond our control.

4. Tracking

When the parcel is handed to FedEx you receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. You can also see the status in your account under "My orders".

5. Customs, duties and taxes

5.1. Deliveries within the EU (from the EU warehouse) and within the US (from the US warehouse) are not subject to customs duties.

5.2. For other destinations — for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, or non-EU countries served from the EU warehouse — customs duties, import VAT/sales tax and the carrier's brokerage fee may be charged by the destination country. These charges are borne by the buyer and are collected by FedEx or the customs authority before or on delivery. They are not included in our prices and we cannot estimate them in advance.

5.3. If a parcel is refused because of such charges, the return or destruction costs and the outbound shipping are deducted from the refund.

6. Address and delivery problems

• Please check your address carefully; a parcel returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address can be re-shipped at your cost or refunded minus shipping.
• If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, contact us within [7] days so that we can open an investigation with FedEx.
• Report visible transport damage within [3] days of delivery with photos.
