Delivery
We ship from two warehouses: orders in EUR are dispatched from our warehouse in the European Union, orders in USD — from our warehouse in the United States. Every parcel is delivered by FedEx.
EU warehouse — orders in EUR

USA · FedEx
The shipping rate and the estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout for your destination address and the contents of your basket.
Orders are dispatched on business days.
As soon as the parcel is handed to FedEx, you receive the tracking number by e-mail.
Deliveries outside the EU / US may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the recipient.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. Choose card payment at checkout — you will be taken to Stripe's secure payment page. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed on Stripe's secure page, where you enter your card details:
- card number
- expiry date
- cardholder name
- CVC code
